Reliable safety modules for machines with CO2, fiber or Nd:YAG lasers
With us you will find a variety of products that can be installed in a wide range of machines. In addition to safety control units for fiber lasers, Nd:YAG lasers and CO2 lasers, which help to ensure the legally required laser safety class 1, we also offer certified shutter modules. These have been thoroughly tested by DEKRA and, depending on the model, have been awarded a performance level (PL) up to the best possible class PLe.
In addition to the safety components, we offer adapter modules for SPI lasers, which can be used to control a wide range of galvo scanners from almost all well-known manufacturers, such as Scanlab, Raylase or others.
Our components meet the highest safety requirements. The shutter modules in particular are certified by DEKRA, an external testing institute, and have the best possible Performance Level PLe.
The small design and standardized control of our modules have the advantage that our components can be used flexibly, even in tight installation situations.
A very low failure rate is achieved through comprehensive quality control during component construction. Before delivery, an additional functional test ensures the best possible reliability and function.
Of course, we have our company regularly audited by the TÜV according to EN ISO9001, in order to constantly check our quality management externally and to improve it if necessary. Furthermore, we are a member of the worldwide semiconductor industry association SEMI since 1996 and of the Germany-wide industry association Silicon Saxony since 2012.
